The buildings in Manolya Park was proposed in the context of minimum land use, maximum green space, functionality, and located towards to the sea panorama at Karakum Coastline in the city of Zonguldak. In the project area, a transparent café melt into the landscape, a unified structure with landscape environment, an amphitheater turning into stairs on some areas, a structure with a transparent roof facades, are proposed. According to the architectural program, the buildings are divided into the small units to meets required function such as locker rooms, restrooms and administration room via gathering together in a common courtyard. Furthermore, a wooden pergola aids in unifying all masses mentioned together. Besides, a transparent administrative building facing towards the vista was design to serve the area.
